Hey Dan, lovely image though I'd suggest using brighter colours in your work (perhaps acrylics) or perhaps water colours mixed with guache in order to bring greater nuanced depth to your works. Think of the energetic paintings of Van Gogh, Klee, or the medatative works of Rothko. Colour speaks volumes and I'm glad you're learning more and more about Photoshop. It's such a great programme with a myriad number of possibilites. By the by I no longer use the yahoo site and am thus unable to communicate through it though do contact me through my gmail site and we can simply take it from there. Great to know that you're having such a fun time at the academy.

Cheers,

D.
